Gaudenis Vidugiris's Red-Black Draft

Gaudenis Vidugiris took down the Top 8 Draft at Grand Prix Denver this past weekend with this unusual red-black deck. The deck uses its impressive removal suite and a somewhat ragtag band of creatures to hold the ground until it can take control of the game using bombs like Carnifex Demon, Argentum Armor, and Prototype Portal. Vidugiris's deck took down more traditional draft decks—red-green "dinosaurs," red-blue with Furnace Celebration, and white-blue fliers—to win the GP Denver title.
