It's retro week here on Daily Decks! We'll be looking at some of the game's famous classics, starting with Sigurd Eskeland's championship Rising Waters deck from Pro Tour–New York in 2000. That event, featuring the Masques Block Constructed format was supposed to be all about Rebels. Eskeland proved the world wrong with an innovative prison-style blue deck.
