Paul Cheon's Solar Flare

Paul Cheon grew into the role of professional Magic player alongside his friend Luis Scott-Vargas. Now with the release of Innistrad, rumors abound that a new version of this deck is viable. Is it? How would you recreate Paul's deck using new cards from the latest set?
