Cat Aggro

Brimaz, King of Oreskos is one of the most powerful cards in Born of the Gods. Luis Scott-Vargas gave a pun-filled review of the card already, but today I want to showcase what a Brimaz deck might look like. As always, Patrick Chapin has been brewing and he has a solid-looking deck.

Slotting Brimaz into Mono-White Aggro is pretty easy, but Chapin was also singing the praises of Eidolon of Countless Battles. Spirit of the Labyrinth makes a guest appearance as well.

Ben Lundquist has been championing Ajani, Caller of the Pride instead of Spear of Heliod, but both seem like great options. With the advent of Brimaz, white aggro has a plethora of three-drops to choose from and they are among the best cards in the deck.

Mono-White Aggro still has plenty options and this should simply serve as a starting point. You could splash black for Xathrid Necromancer or red for Boros Charm. Either way, you have plenty of options for fighting cards that are good against you, such as Supreme Verdict.
