What is the safest, most efficient win condition in the Standard format?

Prognostic Sphinx or Silumgar, the Drifting Death? Spot removal can't touch them but sweeper effects can, and sometimes they are held back by blockers.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion? Token generation can null an opponent's blockers and her ultimate ability can swiftly finish the game. However, she falls to damage or often by a Hero's Downfall.

Pearl Lake Ancient? Although almost impossible to kill, it also is often kept in check by blockers; sometimes held off by a single deathtouch creature.

I am intrigued by what DUHAIMINATION came up with as an alternative.

Mastery of the Unseen.

This is basically an enchantment that creates 2/2 tokens for four mana as long as you don't mind milling your library.

Control decks occupy themselves in the early game by paying for removal and counter magic, but they usually have less to do after the midgame. This card fills in this gap by utilizing the unused mana to create creatures.

There are few cards able to destroy an enchantment played in most mainboards, including Utter End and Banishing Light. Besides, the enchantment itself is easy to cast, costing only two mana. The final mission now is to find out if four-mana 2/2s can get the job done.
