The Sultai deck of Standard used to be Sidisi Whip. However, this deck may be the next new alternative. Gerard's Sidisi-colored deck is pure control.

It's more like a blue-black control deck, with removal, counter magic, and draw spells. It touches green for the Planeswalker Kiora, the Crashing Wave as a win condition and a source of advantage. Additional scry lands and Sultai Charms also ensure a land drop each turn.

The deck is built to put a lot of cards in the graveyard, making Dig Through Time easier to cast. The two new cards are both cards control players have longed for. The black End HostilitiesCrux of Fate—and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a simple win condition. Basically, you get it into play and you win. Once in play, there aren't many creatures that can kill it, due to its high loyalty and abilities. The whole deck uses all of the above to cover for Ugin's high mana cost.
