While it can follow the well-beaten Abzan path of using mana creatures to pull out a Siege Rhino, it also breaks new ground by ramping into Sidisi, Brood Tyrant.
Sidisi is much more than a gold Hill Giant. With enough creatures in the deck, she can act like a miniature Grave Titan, and she turns Satyr Wayfinder into an amazing two-mana creature that not only gives you a land but makes 2/2 Zombies.
But that's not the only gimmick Yukuhiro thought of. What would happen if Sidisi or the Wayfinder were to turn over a Soul of Theros? You know, the one that gives everything +2+2, first strike, and lifelink?
