Abzan at Eternal Festival

If you're on the lookout for interesting and slightly offbeat decks, here's one that should tickle your fancy.

Dark Confidant...Tarmogoyf...Stoneforge Mystic...These are all cards everyone is familiar with, and it's not unusual to see any of them in a Legacy decklist, it's not every day that one sees them in the same decklist.

This 3rd-place deck of Kikuchi's could be called "Abzan Good Stuff." It has some of the best cards from each of those colors, including Swords to Plowshares and Abrupt Decay; two of the best removal spells in the format; and spices the mix with Mirri's Guile and some Planeswalkers.

The Spirit of the Labyrinth casually sitting in the main deck is a great foil to the strategy currently popular in Legacy of using cheap draw spells to build up to Treasure Cruise. The single Enlightened Tutor in the sideboard is also quite clever, as it essentially acts as a third copy of Pithing Needle, Grafdigger's Cage, and Engineered Plague, saving space for additional cards.
