What
The fourth stop of the 2000-01 Magic: The Gathering Pro TourTM will be held in Tokyo, Japan, March 16-18, 2001. Total prize money to be awarded is $200,000.

Accommodations
Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT), the official travel agency for Pro Tour - Tokyo, will coordinate all hotel reservations for participants. Participants wishing to make hotel reservations should complete the enclosed Hotel Reservation Form and return it directly to KNT by mail or fax, no later than February 15, 2001. (Please see fax number below.)
We advise that you make your reservations as early as possible to get the hotel and room price you desire. Please list your first three hotel choices on the application form. Enclosed in your packet are pictures of each hotel and accompanying maps. Choices are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of full payment of room charges and a Japanese yen (JPY) ¥500 service fee. Later on, you will receive reservation confirmation from KNT along with information about accessing the hotel. Participants are asked to present their confirmations when they arrive at the hotel.
Cancellation
Any changes to booked accommodations must be negotiated individually with KNT. Please send a written notification of cancellation or any other changes directly to KNT by mail, fax, or email. In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (The service fee is not refundable.):
Up to 21 days before the first night's stay...no charge
10 to 20 days before...................................10% of the daily room charge
2 to 9 days before.......................................30% of the daily room charge
Previous day................................................80% of the daily room charge
First day of stay or no notice given...............100% of the daily room charge
Participants are responsible for all financial obligations that may arise from reservations made on their behalf, including charges for cancellation or nonarrival.
Payment
All payment must be made in JPY. Full payment of the room charge plus the ¥500 service fee can be paid for only by major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB. No personal checks or bank drafts will be accepted.
