These four top Magic artists will be at the 2007 World Championships.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in the east of France, then moved to the center of the state for my art studies. I now live in Paris.

How did you get into the industry?
It's a matter of dedication, hard work, and will. I studied in an art school and got my first illustrations jobs. I worked as a concept artist for video games, and then it's all about a kind of expoential dynamic.

What do you like about being a Magic artist?
Being able to send Magic lightnings!

Who is your favorite Magic artist?
There are really plenty of incredible Magic artists. I can't wait for an art book with all the best masterpieces of the illustrations done for the game.

    Where did you grow up?
    In a well-stocked fantasy world halfway betweent the X-Men and the Princess Bride...Oh you mean REALLY...Ipsich, Massachusetts.

    Is there an artist who was a major influence on you?
    Titian, Rossetti, Veronese, Van Dyke, NC Wyeth, Dulac, Alma Tadema, Waterhouse...to name a few.

    What do you like about being a Magic artist?
    The imagination.

    Who is your favorite Magic artist?
    Adam Rex, Scott Fischer, Dos Santos, Mark Zug, Terese Nielsen...to name just a few...

    Where did you grow up?
    Dorset, South of England.

    How did you get into the art industry?
    I kept sending artwork to the editor of 2000AD until one day he caved in and gave me a commission.

    What do you like about being a Magic artist?
    I like creating strange characters in otherworldly settings Q.E.D.

    Who is your favorite Magic artist?
    It's very difficult to mention just one name. I'd have to say Greg Staples is at the top of my list.

    Where did you grow up?
    Sanremo, a small sea town in Italy.

    How did you get into the art industry?
    By passion and a lot of luck.

    What inspires you when you make artwork?
    It's the challenge, for me every new piece is a struggle and a challenge.

    What do you like about being a Magic artist?
    I'm always honoured to be part of this great family of talents.

    Who is your favorite Magic artist?
    Kev Walker is the King.
