Community Spotlight: Twitter Snowball

What would a deck designed by Twitter look like? Would it have 140 cards in it? Would it get a disproportionate amount of news coverage while some people refused to play it on general principle? Would people retweet it? Is it possible that the metaphor of "Twitter deck" has already been stretched beyond the breaking point?
