Congratulations to Jun'ya Iyanaga, Team Japan (Makihito Mihara, Tomoya Fujimoto, Ryuichiro Ishida), and Reid Duke for their victories at the 2011 Magic: The Gathering World Championships last weekend. Iyanaga defeated Richard Bland in Standard to win the individual World Championship, the trio from Japan defeated Team Norway in Standard, Legacy, and Modern to win the team title, and Duke emerged victorious over Florian Pils in the Modern final of the Magic Online Championship.
