In celebration of the impending release of Shards of Alara, Daily Decks looks at past creations that combined the colors of Magic into those of the shards found in Alara. Representing Naya is the world famous Dragonmaster, Brian Kibler himself. At Pro Tour–Chicago in 2000, Brian used his red-green-white deck, including double copies of Rith, the Awakener, to make it all the way to the semifinals. The iconic Dragon forever tied Brian to the Dragon tribe. The Top 8 in Chicago was also one of the toughest the Pro Tour has ever seen featuring Jon Finkel, Kamiel Cornelissen, Kai Budde, Robert Dougherty, Michael Pustilnik, Zvi Mowshowitz, Jay Elarar, and of course Kibler himself. Check out a Shards of Alara preview card from Naya here and make sure to visit the Shards of Alara product section!
