The Road to Worlds begins in earnest for three major Magic-playing countries this weekend. Invitations to Rome and the opportunity to represent your country on the biggest Magic stage are up for grabs. How will Magic 2010 change Standard? With Pro Points on the line for top finishers, these are sure to showcase exicting play by some of the biggest names in Magic. Follow along all weekend for the top stories from the feature match pits, the shifts in the metagame, and much more!

Gindy Gets U.S. Lead!

Charles Gindy defeated Adam Yurchick in the finals at the United States National Championship, adding a new trophy next to his Pro Tour-Hollywood hardware. Joining Gindy and Yurchick on the national team is Todd Anderson, who beat Magic Online sensation Brad "Fffreak" Nelson in the 3rd/4th playoff.

Mongilardi, Elves Victorious in France

Gilles Mongilardi defeated Antoine Menard in the finals to capture the title of France national champion. The three-man team is rounded out by Guillaume Matignon.

Ravagli Ravages Italy

Host country for this year's World Championship, Italy determined who would defend the home turf come November. Luca Ravagli will be heading up the team as national champion, and is joined by Marco Monetto and Samuele Estratti.
