Who doesn't love a good WU Control deck?

Sun Titan

It's not for everyone, especially when it's dominating a format. However, when WU Control is relatively tame compared to the other decks in a format, suddenly WU Control is the good guy. In Modern, that seems to be the case. In a format with Dark Confidant, Tarmogoyf, Primeval Titan, and Kiki-Jiki, you're a hero if you're playing Wall of Omens.

(Re) Enter Wild Nacatl.

Suddenly there's a good reason to play Wall of Omens again! Kitchen Finks also starts to look appealing. Sphinx's Revelation? No thanks, we've seen that before. How about Sun Titan for a finisher instead? Maybe we could find room for a Phantasmal Image or two...

Another great reason to play WU Control in Modern is because white's sideboard options are phenomenal. Rest in Peace; Stony Silence; Kataki, War's Wage; Aven Mindcensor; Linvala, Keeper of Silence; and Mirran Crusader are just some of the very hateful options you could play to even things up.
