Paul Cheon's Solar Flare

Paul Cheon grew into the role of professional Magic player alongside his friend Luis Scott-Vargas. The two ushered in an era of resurgent dominance for an American scene that had stagnated after years of being considered the best in the world. One of Paul's crowning achievements was his win at the 2006 US National Championship. He earned the victory with this white, blue, and black take on a Reanimator strategy that was called Solar Flare. Now with the release of Innistrad, rumors abound that a new version of this deck is viable. Is it? How would you recreate Paul's deck using new cards from the latest set?
