"War of Attrition" Event Deck

The latest Banned & Restricted announcement has changed the face of Standard. The big news? Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Stoneforge Mystic are no longer allowed for play. However, there is one exception: Stoneforge Mystic will be allowed in the Event Deck "War of Attrition." That's right! If you've got the War of Attrition Event Deck—or any deck exactly matching its complete deck list including sideboard—you're allowed to continue playing your copies of Stoneforge Mystic. Read Magic R&D director Aaron Forsythe's explanation of the bannings, including the exception, here.
