One of the most important lessons I learned early in this job is that too much of a good thing is a bad thing. Yes, the job is great but you have to keep it from overrunning your life. Working in R&D is fantastic. Doing nothing but work in R&D is not.

Yes, the job calls for the occasional late night or weekend, but part of enjoying it is knowing when to go home.
