If your opponent transmutes Tolaria West and gets a Memnite, what goes through your head? Sure, Affinity decks might play Memnite, but this certainly doesn't look like an Affinity deck. This looks like a blue deck, but what can a blue deck do with a Memnite? If you think that Memnite can't kill you, wait until your opponent unleashes the other part of the combo— Possibility Storm.

This deck is built to find a Possibility Storm and then cast the single Memnite. This will trigger the Possibility Storm to look for either an artifact or a creature. However, the only card that fits either of those criteria is Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Wait, does Possibility Storm allow you to CAST the card? Well then, looks like an extra turn! It's nearly impossible to come back from an annihilator 6 trigger, especially if Emrakul is still in play.

This seems like a deck that can take advantage of being new and opponents not knowing what's going on. After all, a discard spell on the Memnite is pretty much game over for winning via the combo. This is the power of having something new—your combo may be fragile, but if nobody knows how to interact with it, you can gain some advantages.
