WU Control. It's so resilient and powerful and I know it VERY well.

What would you change about your deck after this weekend?
Nothing.

What has been the most important card in your deck this weekend and why?
Elixir of Immortality. It gave me inevitability.

What will getting to play at the Pro Tour in Hawaii mean to you?

What deck did you play this weekend and why?
Black Devotion splashing red. It's a consistent deck and has a lot of powerful cards.

What would you change about your deck after this weekend?
Would have to think about it more. Maybe change Silence the Believers to a second Erebos, God of the Dead.

What has been the most important card in your deck this weekend and why?
Whip of Erebos was there when I needed to stabilize against the red decks I played this weekend.

What will getting to play at the Pro Tour in Hawaii mean to you?
I was already qualified, but, either way, it means a new place to add to my list of travels and the start of a fresh Pro Tour season.

Black Devotion splashing green. It's the deck I'm the most comfortable playing.

What would you change about your deck after this weekend?
I would find room for an additional Brindle Boar or Staff of the Death Magus in the sideboard.

What has been the most important card in your deck this weekend and why?
Pack Rat. It helped me race against fast decks and win mirrors.

What will getting to play at the Pro Tour in Hawaii mean to you?
It will be nice to be qualified for the first Pro Tour of the season for the first time.

Sphinx's Revelation and Supreme Verdict

Black Devotion. At 11:45 p.m. Friday night I was losing a lot with Blue/White Control. Neal Oliver had a backup Black Devotion deck! Thanks to Jon Stern for the list and Francis Toussaint and Alexander Hayne for coaching me.

What would you change about your deck after this weekend?
-2 Temple of Malady +2 Temple of Deceit

What has been the most important card in your deck this weekend and why?
Pack Rat. So many free wins. Very vital in going 6-0 vs. Blue Devotion.

What will getting to play at the Pro Tour in Hawaii mean to you?

Black Devotion. Tried Bg, Bw, Br, but mono-black is better than all because there's no paying life for lands or having them come in tapped. Swamp is the best card!
