At Grand Prix Beijing 2017, Zhi Yimin and I took an ID, hoping to qualify for the Pro Tour together. I came in 9th, while Zhi made the Top 8. This Top 8 means that we finally realised our dream to go to the Pro Tour together.

What is your favorite memory of all-time?

Topdecking Lightning Strike with Guttersnipe on the battlefield. That was really exciting.

It's beyond description. I'm extremely happy to be able to play in the Pro Tour once again.

What is your favorite memory of all-time?

In Beijing 2016, I missed out on the tiebreakers and failed to make the Top 8. 4 other players had the same score as me and I was the only one who did not make it. Five Japanese players were in that Top 8 and I really wanted to be one of them. Today, I'm glad I got my chance!

Banefire.
