After fourteen rounds the original field of 1,296 players had been reduced to a mere twelve. They defeated all comers and sat down in the feature match area to finally do some drafting. Time to learn more about them!

I won Grand Prix London in 2011 as well as the the UK Nationals in 2011; I came in 17th at Pro Tour Return to Ravnica in Seattle in 2012.

Who are your teammates, and why did you play with them?

Eduardo—we always team up together. Fabrizio—the best player we could convince to team with us.

What color combination did you play in your first Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Green-white. Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit—a 2/2 for WW that I never played.

What color combination did you play in your second Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Black-white. Citadel Siege.

Who are your teammates, and why did you play with them?

Daniel Royde—he's a good old friend and a long-time teammate. Fabrizio Anteri—he currently is the best UK player.

What color combination did you play in your first Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Red-black. Temur Battle Rage and Butcher's Glee.

What color combination did you play in your second Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Blue-red. Thunderbreak Regent and Icefall Regent.

Who are your teammates, and why did you play with them?

Ed and Dan. They pointed out we would be three English National champions after we had already teamed up. I didn't have time to change my mind at that point.

What color combination did you play in your first Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Blue-black. Silumgar, the Drifting Death, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Crux of Fate, Silumgar Assassin, and Foul Renewal. Rares are good!

What color combination did you play in your second Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Green/Black Rock. Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor. I played the deck in Standard and liked it, so I decided to run it in Limited as well.

I played blue-black with no rares. The most important card was Ruthless Deathfang.

What color combination did you play in your second Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Green-black with a splash of red. The most important card was Boltwing Marauder.

Amit Cohen and Robin Steinborn. They are two of my closest friends and we already played together in Barcelona last year.

Green/White Beatdown. Epic Confrontation and Collected Company.

Blue/Black Exploit. Ruthless Deathfang and Jeskai Infiltrator.

Jasper Grimmer and Amit Cohen, because I wanted to play with good-looking people so I'm not the only one.

Red-black with only five black cards. The best card was Magmatic Chasm. I also played Outpost Siege, but it was not as good.

What color combination did you play in your second Sealed Deck, and what was your most important card?

Red-white with only three white cards. Pyrotechnics.
