Evaluating the power of individual cards against one another can be difficult when a new set is first released. The ability to establish which cards are most desirable at every rarity level puts a player well ahead of his or her opponents. I sat down with some of the most well-known players here at Grand Prix Mexico city to ask, “What’s your favorite uncommon in Fate Reforged Limited?”


Hao-Shan Huang:Abzan Beastmaster.”



Jon Stern:Elite Scaleguard is probably the best, but Honor's Reward is really fun... I’m gonna have to go with Frostwalker.”



Martin Jůza:Abzan Beastmaster.”



Ben Yu:Temur Sabertooth is probably the best with Elite Scaleguard and Pyrotechnics close behind. Seth [Manfield] thinks Arc Lightning is better than Pyrotechnics, but he’s wrong. Rawr!”
