The 9-0 Players' Decklists

1,113 players had been in the running, but after the first day's nine grueling rounds of Standard play, only four of them could still boast a perfect record of 9-0. Leading the field overnight were Sam Rolph, Bart van Etten, Pro Tour Theros champion Jérémy Dezani, and Oleksii Riabokon (pictured below, left to right).

Two of them played Mardu decks, two of them chose black and green. But the pair of decks each differed quite a bit: One of the Mardu decks had more Vehicles, the other featured a little splash of blue for counter spells out of the sideboard. Meanwhile, one of the black-green decks was the usual high-curve delirium deck, whereas the other was a proper aggro deck featuring Gnarlwood Dryad, Smuggler's Copter, and Verdurous Gearhulk.
