Overview
Bring your best Modern deck and your top strategies with you to a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier, and you may be one of the few to emerge from the event with an invitation and airfare to the first Pro Tour of 2016!
Regional Pro Tour Qualifiers for the first Pro Tour of 2016 take place on October 31 (in North America, Asia Pacific, and Japan) and November 7, 2015 (in Europe and Latin America). The exception to this is one Regional Pro Tour Qualifier in the United States, which will take place at Grand Prix Indianapolis on Friday, October 30, 2015.
The Top 4 finishers of a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier with 128 or fewer players receive airfare and invitations to the first Pro Tour of 2016, while 5th- through 8th-place finishers receive invitations to the next round of Regional Pro Tour Qualifiers. If the Regional Pro Tour Qualifier is 129 or more players, 5th- through 8th-place finishers instead receive airfare and invitations to the first Pro Tour of 2016.
The format for this Regional Pro Tour Qualifier season is Modern Constructed.
As a reminder, players are only allowed to compete in one Regional Pro Tour Qualifier if they are qualified to play in one.

*Travel
The players eligible to receive a travel award will receive instructions from Wizards of the Coast regarding whom they must contact and the deadline by which they must arrange their travel awards. Wizards of the Coast will not refund travel made outside this service. Wizards of the Coast reserves the right to award a cash equivalent award in lieu of any travel award in its sole discretion.
All travel itineraries must be from the international airport nearest the player's home and to the host city of the Pro Tour, and must include all the dates of that event. No award will be substituted if member is unable to participate. All other expenses are the responsibility of the member and may include, without limitation, accommodations, ground transportation, taxes, itinerary change fees, passport and visa fees.

Failure to complete travel arrangements as directed by Wizards of the Coast prior to this deadline will result in forfeiture of the award. Every member receiving a travel award must provide to Wizards of the Coast an executed liability release, the appropriate US taxation form (W9 or W8) (or have one on file), up-to-date contact information on your DCI membership, and proof of ID and passport (when required by international destination).
