赤白で2枚の《氷河の光線/Glacial Ray》を駆使しての連繋デッキとなった真木、ちょっとクリーチャーのパワーが足りないが浅原の方が辛すぎる。
なぜなら浅原のデッキは3枚の《木霊の手の内/Kodama's Reach》こそ入っているが4色……しかもクリーチャーは弱いというより紙の束といった感じで、決め手に入っているのが《奈落の君、苦弄/Kuro, Pitlord》2枚と《龍の牙、辰正/Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang》。
序盤から《木霊の手の内/Kodama's Reach》を連打して3枚の《汚れ/Befoul》と《忌まわしい笑い/Hideous Laughter》で耐え切れば《奈落の君、苦弄/Kuro, Pitlord》まで繋げられると思うが、正直クリーチャーが酷すぎるために耐え切れるかどうか……。
Game 1
キーカードである《木霊の手の内/Kodama's Reach》をとりあえず撃ったあとに出てきた真木の《罰する者、ゾーズー/Zo-Zu the Punisher》に思わず"メタってるー"と言って苦笑いの浅原。
だがそんな《罰する者、ゾーズー/Zo-Zu the Punisher》も《忌まわしい笑い/Hideous Laughter》で吹き飛ばし、早々に《龍の牙、辰正/Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang》が場に降臨させる。
真木の方も2体目の《罰する者、ゾーズー/Zo-Zu the Punisher》をキャスト、浅原の《宝珠編みの蜘蛛/Orbweaver Kumo》に《手の檻/Cage of Hands》と浅原のライフを11にまで減らした。
だが《龍の牙、辰正/Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang》のついた《鼠の浪人/Nezumi Ronin》が場に出ると若干長考に入る。
悩んだ末に《霜投げ/Frostwielder》を場に投入してターンエンド、返しで浅原は初攻撃で真木のライフを12と減らす。
悩んだ訳は手札に《氷河の光線/Glacial Ray》《山伏の炎/Yamabushi's Flame》とあって、この先降臨するであろう5/5飛行トークンにどう対処するか。
5枚目の土地をセットして2枚の除去を使って《龍の牙、辰正/Tatsumasa, the Dragon's Fang》のトークンを殺すか……だが、この先を見越して《氷河の光線/Glacial Ray》を残したい……。
そんな思考をした真木の結論は《罰する者、ゾーズー/Zo-Zu the Punisher》でアタック、5/5でブロックさせて《山伏の炎/Yamabushi's Flame》を使っての除去。
更に《霜投げ/Frostwielder》の効果で《鼠の浪人/Nezumi Ronin》を除去して浅原の場はほぼまっさらとなる。
手札にはまだ出せない《奈落の君、苦弄/Kuro, Pitlord》と《風見の本殿/Honden of Seeing Winds》、とりあえず《風見の本殿/Honden of Seeing Winds》を出してターンエンド。
返しのターンで真木が《溶岩の魂/Soul of Magma》を出して完全に射撃モードに入ったかと思われたが、浅原が《花の神/Hana Kami》をトップデッキして《忌まわしい笑い/Hideous Laughter》を回収。
またも場を一掃されてしまった真木、一応《狐の裂け目歩き/Kitsune Riftwalker》を出すがこの後は浅原が《風見の本殿/Honden of Seeing Winds》からひたすらカードを引きまくり、逆に土地しか引かない真木を圧殺する。
《奈落の君、苦弄/Kuro, Pitlord》が《狐の裂け目歩き/Kitsune Riftwalker》を触れないために寂しく手札に残っていたのが面白かった。

Game 2
序盤から《悪忌の雪崩使い/Akki Avalanchers》《罰する者、ゾーズー/Zo-Zu the Punisher》の真木。《大蛇の支援者/Orochi Sustainer》《せし郎の娘、さ千/Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro》とこちらもなかなかのスタートを切った浅原。
4ターン目のアタックから《悪忌の雪崩使い/Akki Avalanchers》の能力を使い、《狐の刃遣い/Kitsune Blademaster》をキャストする真木。だが早めに勝負を決めたい真木をまさにあざ笑うがごとく《忌まわしい笑い/Hideous Laughter》をキャストする浅原。
《大蛇の支援者/Orochi Sustainer》と《せし郎の娘、さ千/Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro》は死なずに真木だけクリーチャー全滅。こんな1対3交換をされてはどうしようもなく、一応《溶岩の魂/Soul of Magma》や《狐の裂け目歩き/Kitsune Riftwalker》で対抗しようとするがことごとく除去されてゲーム終了。
