The Magic Online release of Journey into Nyx, the capstone set in the Theros block, happens Monday, May 12. That means it's time to gear up for the capstone event of the set: the Journey into Nyx Championships!
There will be two Journey into Nyx champions, one for the Limited format and one for the Theros Block Constructed format.
Limited Format Events
Events begin on Wednesday, May 28, with the start of the Journey into Nyx Championship Limited Qualifiers, which run through Tuesday, June 3. The Limited format Champion will be crowned after the Limited Finals on Saturday, June 7.
Theros Block Constructed Format Events
Journey into Nyx Championship Theros Block Constructed Qualifiers begin on Wednesday, June 4, and run through Tuesday, June 10. Then, on Saturday, June 14, the top players will compete in the Theros Block Constructed Finals.
Participation Promo Card Prize
All players who participate in Theros Block Constructed or Limited Qualifier events will receive a regular promo version of Hall of Triumph. All players who participate in a Theros Block Constructed or Limited Championship events will receive a premium promo version of Hall of Triumph!
As we did with both the Theros winners and the Born of the Gods winners, we will celebrate our Journey into Nyx champions with a winners' page featuring their conquering decks, plus highlights from the matches!
