Magic: The Gathering Mastery System

Set Mastery

The Set Mastery system is a way for players to receive in-game content through play. Players earn rewards based on their current Set Mastery level, including:

• Booster Packs
• Orbs redeemable for Common, Uncommon, and Rare Card Styles

The content made available through each specific Set Mastery may vary. Please refer to the appropriate Set Mastery for a full list of currently available rewards.

Mastery Orbs are used to claim rewards from the Mastery Tree. Mastery Orbs for the Set Mastery Tree can only be used to claim rewards while the corresponding Set Mastery is available. Players who do not redeem earned Mastery Orbs for the Set Mastery Tree will not be able to do so once the corresponding Set Mastery is no longer available.

Set Mastery Level

A player’s Set Mastery level is based on the amount of experience they have earned through play. Players primarily earn experience by completing in-game quests and through daily wins (up to three). Additional experience may be earned by limited time events or promotional items.

Duration

Set Mastery spans the duration of a set release, starting when the applicable set releases on MTG Arena until the following set is released. Once a new Set Mastery is released, the previous Set Mastery will no longer be available. Players will keep any related content they earned; however, they will not be able to earn any additional rewards from previous Set Masteries once they are no longer available.

Set Mastery Pass

Set Mastery Pass is an optional way for players to enhance the Set Mastery system. Players who purchase the Set Mastery Pass will be able to earn additional in-game currency or items through play by a secondary Set Mastery track. When purchased, players will receive rewards based on their Set Mastery level, including the Set Mastery Pass rewards from previously earned levels.

Innistrad Pumpkin Hunt Social Contest

By entering the Wizards of the Coast LLC ("Wizards") Innistrad Pumpkin Hunt Social Contest (the "Contest") you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. No purchase necessary; eligibility requirements. The Contest is open to fans aged thirteen (13) and over. Employees of Wizards, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment companies, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their same households (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on October 19th, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on October 25th, 2021. This Contest is sponsored by Wizards.

Void where prohibited by law. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE OR PROVIDE OTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. How to enter: To enter this Contest players must submit a photo of their original Pumpkin Carving to Instagram or Twitter and utilize #MTGPumpkinHunt to be entered. You may submit only one entry per person. If Wizards receives more than one entry from you, the entry received first is the only entry that will be eligible for consideration. Entries are the property of Wizards and will not be acknowledged or returned. Pumpkin Carvings must be Magic: The Gathering (MTG) themed. Pumpkin Carvings containing non-MTG content will not be eligible for consideration.

All entries must be received by Wizards no later than 11:59 p.m. PT October 25th, 2021.

3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value:

One (1) winner will be selected for each category, with a total of five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Gift Basket with an estimated retail value of $384.

Prizes are not transferable. Wizards, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize for another product of equal value to the prize identified herein, or provide the cash equivalent. All decisions made by Wizards on all matters relating to this Contest are binding. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and all other expenses associated with any prize not explicitly stated herein. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to comply with any terms of these Official Rules will result in a winner's disqualification. Winners must provide a valid home shipping address (no PO boxes).

Judging: A committee determined by Wizards serving as judges of the Contest will review all eligible entries and will select winning Pumpkin Carvings based on creativity, flavor, appearance, and effective tie-in to Magic: The Gathering. Winners will be notified by direct message at the username with which they entered the Contest. If winners are unable to be contacted within three (3) days after two (2) attempts have been made, the winners will be disqualified, and prize may be awarded to another participant or not be awarded at all in Wizards' sole discretion.

All decisions made by Wizards on all matters relating to this Contest are binding. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the judges' decisions and waive any right to appeal.

4. Conditions:

Wizards and its agencies are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entry materials, or failure to receive any entry information. Further, Wizards and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, destroyed, delayed, illegible, postage-due or incomplete entries. Wizards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Contest.
