You can use any legal Commander deck at Commander Party events. For more information on the Commander format, check out the format page.

Each Commander Party event features a special element that tweaks the game, whether that's offering new objectives, abilities, and/or rules. However, the rules of Commander remain relatively unchanged, so you don't need to study up on any additional rules.

If you don't have a deck, you can purchase any number of preconstructed Commander decks from your local game store. These decks feature new-to-Magic cards themed around their respective set, making them a great option for anyone new to the Commander format.

Events like Commander Party can only be found at participating local game stores that are part of the Wizards Play Network (WPN). Find an event happening near you here.
