Caesar, the Mojave's quirkiest warlord, blends ancient Rome with post- nuclear style. He insists on being addressed in the third person. Caesar's fondness for collecting pre-war collectibles, like rare teddy bears and vintage Nuka-Cola bottles, adds an eccentric flair to his otherwise brutal reign.
